Casa Fab is a project born from the desire to satisfy the needs of our guests who want to spend their holidays in total relaxation and immerse themselves in the history, unique landscape and cuisine of Sicily. Fabio, after living 20 years in hectic London working in Investment Banking in contact with increasingly demanding customers, decided to use the experience gained over the years to create within the frenetic pace of Western society, a place with a relaxing lifestyle, centred around the needs of the guest.

Ortigia

Ortigia is a small island, the historic center of the city of Syracuse. The island has always been a unique destination for travelers and today confirms its absolute authenticity and beauty. The island is the heart of Syracuse, an ideal place to relax by the sea, but also take a dip in the history and Sicilian gastronomy. Unesco world heritage, it allows visitors to travel in time. Walking through Ortigia you can not help but walk upside down, immersed in the white and the light of this fantastic island, to admire the statues and decorations that they enrich the palaces and churches of the historic center.

The Apartments

The Casa Fab apartments are located on the first floor of a historic building in Via della Maestranza, one of Ortigia's most architecturally richest streets, in the center of the ancient city of Syracuse. Located in front of the wonderful Church of the Immaculate, among Baroque palaces and picturesque streets, the apartments are just a few minutes walk from restaurants and bars offering typical Sicilian and Mediterranean specialties.

Total White Villa

The villa is in Fontane Bianche, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Syracuse coast. The property is very bright and has a large open space kitchen / living area overlooking the veranda and a patio garden, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and an outside shower; the living room has also a 2 seats sofa bed. The villa is in a cul de sac just a few minutes walking from the sea, in a strategic place to easily reach fabulous places of historical and landscape interests.
