The villa is located in Fontane Bianche, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Syracuse coast. The property is very bright with a large open space Kitchen/living area overlooking the veranda, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and an outside shower. The living room has also a two seater sofa bed and benefit of a surrounded music system and a flat screen TV. The villa is in a cul-de-sac just a few minutes walking from the sea, in a strategic point to easily reach places of historical interest. The detached villa has been completely renovated and furnished to high standards in Jan 2019. The veranda has been paved using the same modern tiles for the outside and inside creating one environment. A particular attention deserves the large opening to the veranda, which makes the place very bright and modern. The large veranda is fully equipped with sunbeds, an umbrella, a table with chairs for dinner out and garden chairs, all to enable our guests to enjoy the tranquillity of the place. The place has been decorated following the “Total White”, in contrast with the bathroom fully paved with black modern tiles. The location of the villa is what makes this place unique; it is located in a dead-end street, a few minutes walking from the main beach. A single private car park is available for our guests.
