Casa Fab is a project born from the desire to meet the needs of our guests who want to spend their holidays in total relaxation and dive themselves in the history, the unique landscape and the Sicilian cuisine. Fabio has spent 20 years in hectic London working in Investment Banking in contact with increasingly demanding customers; he has then decided to use the experience gained over the years to create, within the frenetic pace of Western society, a place with a relaxing lifestyle, focused on the needs of the guest.

The Casa Fab apartments are located on the first floor of a historic building in Via della Maestranza, one of Ortigia's most architecturally richest streets, in the centre of the ancient city of Syracuse. Located in front of the wonderful Church of the Immaculate, among Baroque palaces and picturesque streets, the apartments are just few minutes walk from restaurants and bars offering typical Sicilian and Mediterranean specialties. The holiday home is composed of three different types of apartments, completely renovated in April 2018 and furnished in a modern and functional way, in order to offer our guests a maximum comfort. The apartments enjoy a common terrace, located just 300 metres from Syracuse Cathedral and few steps from Solarium Neptune, where you can enjoy the warm sun and a breathtaking view of the clear Sicilian sea.

For our customers looking for total relaxation, Casa Fab offers also a fabulous detached villa that will be renovated in June 2018 in a modern style with a large veranda and surrounded by a private garden. The house is located in a cul de sac just few minutes walk from the seaside in Fontane bianche, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Syracuse coast.
